I have been supporting information technology for over 23 years. I have Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, earned multiple IT certifications and have a wide range of experience supporting large multi-billion-dollar corporations like AT&T to small one person businesses. I started in desktop support in 2000 fresh out of high school and worked my way up to supporting large enterprise systems. I truly enjoy helping others and I'm excellent at finding IT solutions to problems. The proudest moment in my career has been working at Riverside Insights as an IT Manager divesting from Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and accomplishing the migration of all their IT services and infrastructure in 10 months. I'm married to an amazing, supportive wife and have a wonderful 3-year daughter. As part of the sale of the Riverside business unit to Private Equity investors, Nathan led the IT team through the transition to standalone status for a $100M asset. Overseeing the setup of all IT infrastructure and migration of all users from HMH's network, on time and within budget per our Transitional Services Agreement.
